Yes Gabriel, it depends in your distance to the server.
The server is in the UK, close to Portugal but far from South America.

Thanx for understand our situation (South America distance)... the higher PING dooesn t give any adventage to no one in here... so i made my best to have the powerfull PC and Connection too.
Of course hope to help in improve in this situation getting some better connection, but there no other higher Home connection in here yet.

An higher output Line doesn't means a lower ping! An 16Mb line sometimes is worse than an 2Mb.
The ping changes depend on the number of nodes that you line has to connect to arrive to the server, more nodes higher ping less nodes lower ping, more distance more nodes.
