rFactor Activation Blank Screen

Encountering a blank screen or a white page while activating rFactor may be caused by Internet Zone Security settings being set high and/or a personal firewall software product such as ZoneAlarm or Norton Internet Security.

Steps to resolve:
Close game
Temporarily disable the firewall
Try licensing the game

If a white screen still appears:
Close game
Open Internet Options in Control Panel
Click Security tab
Change Internet zone from current setting to Medium or Default
Click OK to apply changes
Try licensing the game

Issues with Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2:
Some users have solved this problem by uninstalling Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview.
This resolves most licensing issues where a blank page is shown instead of the licensing pages, or if the license delivery is blocked after entering the activation code.
