Ainda assim.... Julgo q nao deverias ter criado a pasta... Deves descompactar segundo as infos do ficheiro... julgo mesmo que é um instaler que faz tudo sozinho...
Sobre o server está em "simulation" e terás q ter o teu profile em "Sim..." tb... a partir dai é só acelerar
