Na vigésima primeira volta da 2ª manga, o piloto do carro nº26(Chris Knight) após ser dobrado pelo carro nº21(Tiago Moreira) na recta que liga à última curva, falha o ponto de travagem, bloqueia as rodas e toca num carro, e depois é projectado contra o carro que o tinha dobrado. A porrada, fez com que o carro nº21 ficasse danificado, para além de ter caído algumas posições.
