Estás errado.

Basta teres o vídeo da volta que queres analizar e mais nada.
Só precisas de sincronizar com o Motec.
Para isso é fácil.
Clicas no pequeno cadeado que tens na janela do vídeo e colocas o Motec no início da volta. De seguida colocas o vídeo também sobre a linha de meta. Clicas novamente no cadeado e tens a sincronização feita. A partir daqui é só ver e analizar.

Eu faço os vídeo para o Motec com uns 2/3 segundos antes de começar a Hot Lap ou Time Trial ou qualquer volta que queira analizar, e termino a gravação do FRAPS assim que corto a linha de meta na volta para a qual quero o vídeo.
