"We ship GBP EU orders from our warehouse in Jersey.
This is outside of the EU, so some parcels may be intercepted by your local Customs Department. We have been shipping EU from Jersey since April 04.
The below is listed in our Terms and Conditions.
'UK orders, not exceeding £18 in value, and all orders from the European Union will be placed with Sendit (Jersey) Limited, a company based in the Channel Islands.'
'Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise that customers contact their local customs office for further information'.
I'm afraid we are not in a position to reimburse customs charges, there is no VAT element in our recipet, so you only paid it once."

fico a espera de nova justificação por parte deles.
desta vez questionei o pq do nao envio da factura, bem como os diferentes "packages" por eles enviados, para diferentes clientes
