O volante que tenho é o Momo Force e uso estes settings no profile da Logitech:

Overall Strenght Effects: 85%
Spring Effect Strenght: 100%
Damper Effect Strenght: 50%

Center Spring Strenght (Enabled): 85%

No GTR tenho o Force Feed Back em High com 100%

Como os volantes são diferentes não sei se ajudará, mas aqui fica
