Coincidências o teste do Schumacher e do Massa serem nas mesmas condições?

Felipe Massa has already completed a number of laps behind the wheel of a Kart and is scheduled to use the Ferrari simulator in the coming week as he recovers from serious head injuries sustained at the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Now it has emerged that he is to test a 2007 specification Ferrari – presumably fitted with GP2 rubber - at the Italian team’s Fiorano test facility.

The Brazilian has been granted permission to complete the test by the sport’s governing body Ferrari confirmed Sunday, despite the current in-season test ban that is place.


Team principal Stefano Domenicali has ruled out an early return for Massa this year but has insisted that he will return at the start of new season.

Michael Schumacher conducted similar testing before concluding that his existing motorcycle neck injury made it impossible for him to make a dramatic return to the sport in Valencia.
