yes it was after installing this patch that I got this problem

Uninstall the patch and install without new sounds.

hello again Jim

i'm sorry for this, but i'm having the same problem.
this time i started the rscenter and it freezed again, so i used the advice from hugo sousa and it did unfreezed. so i started again but in the second stage. it loaded up but returned to main screen again and rscenter has stopped again. did the same procedure but same results.

the car i am using is a fiesta s2000. the updates are installed, also the patch (it's for the 207 s200, but it's installed).

i can't race again, no time for that, but the information can be of some use to you.

I uninstall the update as you said and made it to install the sounds
result
could play with the pack of S2000 but without sound in any car
and now?
